Santa Clara Neighborhood Forums

I am interested in hearing Santa Clara resident's opinions on the proposed 49er stadium. What do you know? Do you support it or not and why? Granted I am not too familiar with everything that is being proposed. I hear that the proposed deal will cost Santa Clara 180 Million and will bring $700K in revenues a year. Doesn't seem like a great deal. Please share your thoughts on this.
